Visual studio community ошибка при установке - Ремонт и установка крупной бытовой техники

Обновить винду говорят. У меня просто такая же проблема.

I have downloaded visual studio installer from «https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/»
once its downloaded the installer file, when I click on install it says «Getting visual studio installer ready» and nothing happens after that. my internet connection is good and able to browse and download other files.

Tried this solution as well https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/216897/visual-studio-2019-error-unable-to-download-instal.html and also tried after restarting machine. still having the same problem. you can find the screenshot for more information.

can anyone suggest what could be the issue. thanks

Здравствуйте,

Я недавно захотел заняться программированием и решил воплотить своё желание в Visual Studio, но я столкнулся с огромной проблемой — VS не хочет устанавливаться и
я не знаю почему. Дело было так:

Я скачал пакет установки с официального сайта Microsoft (Visual Studio 2019 Community) и запустил установку.

Начался этап скачивания (полоска «Скачивание»).

Когда она доходит до конца (66,68MB/66,68MB) скачивание начинается снова (сначала), пока не появится ошибка о неполадках в интернет соединении.

Я не понимаю, в чём дело. Мой компьютер более, чем подходит для этой программы по системным требованиям. Раньше программу не скачивал.

Помогите!

Что именно описанно в ошибке? Вы пробовали выполнить установку через другое интернет подключение? Пробовали отключить антивирусы или другие посторонние приложения, которые могли бы воспрепятствовать скачиванию пакетов?

Поробуйте выполнить оффлайн установку:

I tried to upgrade my Visual Studio 2019 Community edition, but the Visual Studio Installer can’t start.

I tried a lot of things including uninstalling the existing version, using offline version, etc, but now I end up with no working version of Visual Studio.

There can be some troubles with the certificates on vs_installer.exe and vs_installershell.exe. Installing this KB3004394 may help.

I’ve just had the same issue. I read about renaming the folder ‘/installer’ but it didn’t work for me. I ended removing the file ‘vs_installer.exe’ and I used one of the down-loaders.

I’ve had the exact same problem this evening while trying to install Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition on my laptop (Windows 10 Pro Build 19042). After nearly one hour of desperately trying out various scenarios (including messing with Component Services and adding my user to Local Access rights for COM+ Apps), I got it to work by simply moving the installer file from my «Downloads» folder to another place on the disk. Then, it worked.

That pointed out the installer is unable to start if run from a path/folder that has UTF-8 characters in its name (I was using «C:UsersDragoșDownloads» initially). Since this proved to reproduce each time I placed the installer in any folder containing UTF-8 chars, I filed a bug report at Microsoft: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Visual-Studio-2019-installer-does-not-st/1411874

I do not know if this scenario matches your context, but anyhow, I hope it helps somebody along the way.

I first tried renaming the vs_installer.exe to vs_installer.old, and that did not work for me. When I unchecked the «Keep download cache after the installation» on the Installation tab, then the Close button changed to Modify.

Во время установки Visual Studio 2019 community вылетает ошибка «visual studio Не удалось скачать установочные файлы. Проверьте подключение к Интернету и повторите попытку», такая ошибка вылетает и при установки пиратской VS(2017 и 2019 года) и при лицензионной VS 2019 community. Кто-нибудь знает как решить эту проблему? Нигде работающего совета найти не смог. Пытался и советом из одного форума справиться с проблемой не помогло, также пытался решить проблему написанную ютубером в комментарии. Ничего не помогает(скрины ниже какими я советами уже воспользовался)
