Эта лампа загорается, когда уровень воды в отстойнике превосходит определенную величину.

ТНВД смазывается внутри двигателя топливом. Для этого содержащаяся в топливе вода удаляется при помощи отстойника. Если во время работы загорается эта лампа, немедленно прекратите работу и спустите воду из отстойника.

ЛАМПА ЗАРЯДКИ АККУМУЛЯТОРА

Эта лампа загорается, если перестаёт нормально работать система генерации электроэнергии. Лампа загорается, когда пусковой переключатель повернут в положение «ON», и погасает, когда включается двигатель.

Если эта лампа не гаснет после того, как был запущен двигатель, это значит, что ослаблен или порван ремень, или же повреждена система генерации электроэнергии (генератор). Немедленно прекратите работу и произведите ремонт.

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА ДАВЛЕНИЯ МАСЛА В ДВИГАТЕЛЕ

Загорается, когда падает давление масла в двигателе. Лампа так же загорается, когда включается зажигание, и гаснет, когда число оборотов двигателя после его запуска в результате нажатия педали акселератора увеличивается.

Если лампа загорается во время работы, это значит, что упал уровень масла в ДВС или система смазки не в порядке. Немедленно следует прекратить работу и устранить неисправность.

ИНДИКАТОР ЗАСОРЕНИЯ ВОЗДУШНОГО ФИЛЬТРА – эта лампа загорается, когда засоряется воздушный фильтр. Если загорается во время работы, следует прекратить работы и почистить фильтр.

ИНДИКАТОР СТОЯНОЧНОГО ТОРМОЗА – загорается, когда погрузчик ставится на горный тормоз и выключается, когда стояночный тормоз освобождается.

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ ВЫХЛОПНЫХ ГАЗОВ (погрузчики с глушителем, оснащенным термокатализатором (бензиновый двигатель))

Загорается, если температура выхлопных газов слишком высока.

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА ПРОВЕРКИ СИСТЕМЫ (погрузчики с глушителем, оснащенным термокатализатором (бензиновый двигатель))

Загорается, если система выхлопа газов перестаёт нормально работать.

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА УРОВНЯ ТОПЛИВА

Активируется, когда уровень топлива в баке падает ниже определённой величины.

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА УРОВНЯ ЭЛЕКТРОЛИТА

Загорается, когда уровень электролита падает ниже отметки нижнего уровня «LOWER LEVEL». Если загорается эта лампа, долейте в аккумулятор дистиллированной воды до отметки «UPPER LEVEL».

КОНТРОЛЬНАЯ ЛАМПА УРОВНЯ ОХЛАЖДАЮЩЕЙ ЖИДКОСТИ

Эта лампа загорается, когда уровень ОЖ в радиаторе падает ниже предела. Если загорается эта лампа, долейте в расширительный бачок охлаждающую жидкость до верхнего предела.

ДАТЧИК ТЕМПЕРАТУРЫ МАСЛА В ГИДРОТРАНСФОРМАТОРЕ

Этот прибор показывает температуру масла в гидротрансформаторе.

Если стрелка входит в красный сектор, остановите погрузчик и проверьте уровень масла в гидротрансформаторе, а также трубопровод на отсутствие подтекания масла. Если уровень масла нормальный и не обнаружено подтекание масла, проконсультируйтесь у сервисных инженеров по ремонту вилочных погрузчиков

Телескопические погрузчики Dieci — «телескопы» на любой вкус

Зачастую возникает соблазн заменить несколько специализированных механизмов одним универсальным, способным успешно выполнять те же обязанности. Сравнительно новым, претендующим именно на роль такой многофункциональной техники, является класс строительных машин «телескопические погрузчики».

Телескопические погрузчики dieci

Выпущенная в 1962 году бетономешалка стала первым изделием, произведенным итальянской компанией Dieci. Спустя 20 лет в производстве появился новый вид строительной техники – телескопические погрузчики. Своей универсальностью, компактными размерами, маневренностью и, конечно же, высокими характеристиками и большим разнообразием моделей, они завоевывают популярность, заменяя целый ряд другой техники, в первую очередь – вилочные, фронтальные погрузчики, небольшие краны, автоподъемники.

Конструктивные особенности

Все погрузчики Dieci базируются на полноприводном шасси 4х4. Особенностью является конструкция заднего «качающегося» моста, закрепляемого на раме при помощи шарнира. Это положительно сказывается на проходимости. Передний мост снабжен гидравлической балансировочной системой, компенсирующей крены при работе на наклонной поверхности.

Все колеса управляемые, имеющие 3 режима:

• Поворот колес только одной оси.
• Крабовый ход.
• Поворот колес разных осей в разные стороны, так называемый, режим движения «след в след».

На все погрузчики устанавливаются дизельные двигатели, экономичные и малошумные. Все модели могут передвигаться самостоятельно между рабочими площадками по обычным дорогам со скоростью до 40 км/ч.
Все секции телескопической стрелы покрыты тефлоном и имеют фторопластовые легко заменяемые колодки. Высота, на которую может пониматься груз, находится в диапазоне от 6 до 25 метров. Компактные модели не оборудуются опорными лапами, но, вне зависимости от их применения и класса, все погрузчики снабжены системой, контролирующей вес груза и предотвращающей опрокидывание, блокируя те перемещения, которые могут привести к этому.

Рабочее место оператора также не оставлено без внимания. Комфортабельная кабина безопасна, имеет прекрасную обзорность, стандартно комплектуется отопителем и вентиляцией. Дополнительно можно заказать кондиционер, регулируемое пневмокресло и многое другое.

Управление рабочим оборудованием, вспомогательными системами осуществляется при помощи джойстика.

Под брендом Dieci выпускается больше сотни различных моделей и модификаций телескопических погрузчиков, предназначенных для самого широко спектра применения, в том числе и модели, специально предназначенные для сельского хозяйства. Dieci PEGASUS

Модели погрузчиков, входящих в серию Pegasus, предназначены для использования в строительстве и относятся к среднему классу такой техники. Особенностью этой серии является поворотная платформа, на которой установлены кабина и стрела. Это улучшает возможность применения таких машин в тесных условиях между строениями, в ангарах и т.п.

Эта серия погрузчиков ориентирована в первую очередь на сельхоз применение. Эти машины способны выполнять множество работ, заменяя собой трактор. Для использования обычных для таких работ приспособлений — плуга, бороны, прицепа и т.п. — в задней части некоторых моделей погрузчиков присутствуют специальные крепления и необходимые гидроприводы.

Предусмотрены следующие режимы движения:

• Обычный (Automotive). Нет ограничений по оборотам двигателя и скорости движения.
• Погрузчик (Loader). Скорость может быть зафиксирована в диапазоне 0-14 км/ч, а вся мощность подается на стрелу.
• Ползущий, силовой (Creeper). Поддерживается постоянная скорость вне зависимости от площадки, на которой производятся работы, и режима работы двигателя. Режим предназначен для работы в поле, например, с плугом.

Серия погрузчиков Mini Agri представлена одной компактной моделью. Данная модель не предназначена для буксировки прицепов и не имеет задних гидравлических выводов.

Всем привет кто работал на таких какие нюансы есть?

Цилиндр компенсации находится внутри цилиндра подъема стрелы. Уж очень не любит, когда на нем перевозят мешки с удобрениями быстро и по кочкам.
В остальном проблем быть не должно. Надежная машина. Только посматривайте за затяжкой полиуретановых проставок между стрелами, что впереди, что сзади.

А на других телескопах этот цилиндр компенсации где находится?
У нас три погрузчика Диечи 38.10,хорошие машины,нравится что все четыре колеса гребут по грязи.
Только одно не пойму как там устроино,стрела выдвижная,тогда как подаётся масло на цилиндр ковша?просто это всё запрятано внутри стрелы
