1603Error code 1603 is a Windows installer’s generic error code when the action throws any error/exception. It seems the installation process was interrupted due to that installer failed to remove the Office scheduled tasks:
«schtasks.exe» /delete
/f /tn «MicrosoftOfficeOfficeTelemetryAgentFallBack2016»
I need more context here — Where did you get the installer file? Have you ever installed any previous/trial version of Office product on the same machine?
Try to run above ‘delete scheduled task’ command line manually via a command prompt, then try the installation again, and see if issue persists.
If you have earier version of Office installed on the same machine, then try to run Microsoft Fix It tool to clean any traces from it, then try again:

HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionScheduleTaskCacheTreeMicrosoftOffice
