Either there is no default mail client or the current как убрать ошибку

Проблема на моей рабочей машине усугубляется (Dell Optiplex 5050 — Windows 10 Enterprise x64, сборка 1803 — Spring Creators Update).

Каждый раз, когда я нажимаю как.MSG файл я получаю эту ошибку:
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

Outlook уже является почтовой программой по умолчанию. Любые идеи, как это исправить? Если это имеет значение, наш почтовый сервер — Exchange 2007.

ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ: Сейчас я попробовал установить Office Pro ’13 для восстановления и удалить этот ключ реестра: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClientsMailMicrosoft Outlook (с помощью инструкций MS, хотя и очень старых: https://support.microsoft.com/ ru-us/ help/ 813745/ can-no-default-mail-client-or-the-current-mail-client-cann).   If save and send as attachment used in MS Office 2010 then outlook 2010 displays error «Either
  there is no default mail client of the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request——error Outlook 2010»

  Windows 7 32 bit Enterprise edition and Offoce Professional plus 2010 32 bit is installed in the machine.

  I have followed the below troubleshooting steps but still getting the same error.

  Method 1:
  Followed the  Microsoft fix

  1. On the Windows taskbar, click
  Start > Run.
  2. In the Open box, type the following text:
  3. regedit
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Go to the following registry key:
  6. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClientsMail
  7. In the right pane, right-click
  the following registry value:
  8. PreFirstRun
  9. Click Delete

  10. Click Start, and then click Run.
  11. In the Open box, type regedit, and then pressENTER.
  12. InRegistry Editor, locate the followingsubkey in the registry:
  13. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClientsMailMicrosoft Outlook
  14. Select thesubkey, and then pressDELETE.
  15. Click
  Yes.

  Method 2:
  Repaired Office

  Method 3:
  fixmapi.exe. Mapi32.dll
  Method 4:
  Created the below registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeMicrosoftOfflce15.0Outlook
  Create the following String value if it does not exist: Bitness Set the String value for Bitness to the following if it is not already set to x86
  Method 5:
  Compared the installed applications

  Uninstalled the below program :Microsfot Visuall C++ 2008 Redistributable — x86 — KB2467175″ and installed «Microsfot Visuall C++ 2008 Redistributable — x86  — 9.0.21022»

  Please help to solve the issue.

Fix: Outlook Error Message “Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.”

If you’re running Microsoft Outlook you may have run into this error message. The Microsoft KB article says you can run into it when trying to send an email from a third party app. I’ve also read where Adobe Acrobat can cause it. For me, I’m running Windows 10 Technical Preview and Office 365. The “Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.” error message would just randomly popup for me, even without trying to send an email.

There’s a Microsoft FixIt app you can use, but it doesn’t work if you’re running Windows 10 Technical Preview. Instead, you have to edit the registry, then run Office Repair:

– Click Start, and then click Run.
– In the Open box, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
– In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareClientsMailMicrosoft Outlook
– Select the subkey, and then press DELETE.
– Click Yes.
– Quit Registry Editor.
– Start Outlook.
– For Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002, click the Help menu, and then click Detect and Repair .
– For Outlook 2007, click the Help menu, and then click Office Diagnostics .
– For Office 2010, Click Start, click Control Panel, click Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office 2010 and then click the Change button. Next, click Repair, and then click Continue.
– Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.

• I’ve tried EVERYTHING suggested in this link (http://blog.timolthof.com/outlook-no-default-mail-client-error/) and everything google and bing and still this message keeps popping up.  Now when I do a windows search for email, I’m not able to view
  the email due to this message.
  For the record, I am running W7 Ultimate x64 and connected via Excange Server.  I do have another system that is running Office 2010 with none of these problems so I don’t know if it’s related to Exchange though the searches I’ve done don’t allude
  to that.

Problem

This technote explains how to resolve an error message that there is no default mail client that could occur in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® when submitting a record.

Symptom

Received the error below when submit of a record that trigger e-mail notification
[code>]
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client can not fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

Cause

This error is known to occur when using Microsoft® Outlook, and it has not been set as your Default mail client and Microsoft Internet Explorer has not set Outlook as the default program for email.

Resolving The Problem

When using Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail application and Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser, you need set the default mail in both Outlook and Internet Explorer.

1. In Outlook, go to the Tools > Options > Others Tab. Within this dialog box, make Outlook your default e-mail program.
2. In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options. On the Programs tab, select Microsoft Outlook for the E-mail option.
3. Click the OK button to save your changes.
