E078 0000 canon mf734 ошибка - Ремонт и установка крупной бытовой техники

Follow the instructions below to download the firmware. In this example the MF735Cdw will be used. Simply substitute your model number (MF731Cdw, MF733Cdw, MF632Cdw, MF634Cdw).

1. Go to www.usa.canon.com/support.

2. In the search field in the middle of the screen begin typing in the name of your unit, and click once on the full name once it shows in the drop down.

3. Click Go on the right.

4. Click on the Firmware tab under Drivers & Downloads.

5. Click Select next to the version of firmware for your OS.

6. Click the check box to agree to the terms, and then click Download.

7. Enter the serial number of your product in the box and select Submit.

On Windows:

The file should download to your Downloads folder. Click the search icon on the Windows Toolbar, and type in Downloads. Click Downloads in the search results.

Double click the download to extract the file.

A folder will be created with the same name, click the folder name. Then double click .EXE file to run the firmware.

On Mac:

Click on the Downloads icon on the dock

Then click the download to mount the image, a new window should appear.

Double click the .app file to run the firmware

Click the attachment for full instructions to update the firmware after downloading.

Any thoughts out there. don’t work on these small canon printers. Maybe somebody does.

E078-0000 — Primary transfer disengagement mechanism error.

The primary transfer roller didn’t engage or disengage when it was suppose to, might need Engine Controller PCB, Primary Transfer Disengagement Solenoid, Primary Disengagement Switch, or check the wiring coming from Engine Controller PCB.

you have to update the system version of the machine (firmware) so that error 078 does not exit and the problem is over

I think that the CANON EUROPA WEB SITE IS NOT PUBLISHING THE VERSION THAT SOLVES ERROR 078
THE NEW VERSION IS OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2018
WE ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION THE OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SERVICE OF MOMENT

Thank you once again. Just can not get the firmware in UK/Europe updated Dec 18 you suggested, the latest version on the Canon dealer site here is V0305 (MAY 18). There is a later version on the USA canon public site you attached to your last thread but only July 18. Not sure where to go now to get the Dec update that as you say will fix the problem. any ideas my friend.

Sorry, the link goes directly to version v5.19 that solves that problem (error 078) and is from 30/8/2018.
