начала выскакивать ошибка во время резки «E01009 кабель,запрещённый код и код ошибки,постоянно разный» в чём может быть проблема?и может ли отсутсвтие заземления от статики вызывать такую ошибку?

Автор, тоже самое. Плоттеру 2 года.
Пыталась новые кабели найти — их нигде нет.

Проблема в материнской плате, была такая же ошибка, и выскакивали другие ошибки. Поменяли материнскую плату — помогло.

Hi!
Few days ago I upgraded the firmware on my CE6000-60 machine. Firmware version 2.00 Since that upgrade, I have ruined almost every job I make.
I must do it maby 3 times to have it cut ok.
I get often these error messages
E01006 HARDWARE ADDRESS LOAD ERROR 76013627 H (The last digits changes everytime)
Never had this issue on the previous firmwares.
Tried to contact graphtec, but they told me the material do not cover the sensor. So I must make sure to have covered this sensor.
But my material do cover the sensor when cutting. I always make sure of it..
Is there anyway to downgrade this firmware to 1.80 or 1.90?
It was more stable.

Sod’s law it’s just out of guarantee and it’s come up with this error code. I’ve googled it and I can’t find what the code means. Can anyone help please?

Neff is a fully owned subsidiary of Bosch, so this answer may be appropriate:
However, the insides of microwaves aren’t a place you should be messing around in, if you don’t know what you’re doing.
The high voltage capacitors in a microwave can kill, even if the microwave is unplugged.
Proceed with caution!

Hi,
Found this thread via google, so to help anyone else who comes across this, in my case it was the magnetron that needed replacing, part number 12006667.
As per RandomGrinch — the insides of microwaves are not places to be messing around with, so do as I did and get it repaired via Bosch/Neff directly.
New magnetron and all working perfectly. No other parts swapped or work done. My model is C17UR02N0B/02. Symptoms are E1006 error code and only runs for 10 seconds then stops, sometimes displaying the error, sometimes not.
