Technical description
The MPA22 is a microprocessor-con-
trolled, automatic burner control sys-
tem with intermittent duty for control-
ling and monitoring two- and three
stage modulating blower burners with
a single servomotor, electronic modu-
lating blower burners with 2 servomo-
tors in combination with an electronic
control unit, and pneumatic modulat-
ing blower burners with 1 servomotor.
With integrated valve proving system
for operation as automatic gas burner
control system.

Поставляется в комплектации с цоколем. Автоматика обеспечивает безопасную и эффективную работу отопительной установки. Менеджер оснащен пластиковым корпусом. Рассчитан на прерывистый режим работы.

Заводские настройки позволяют устанавливать топочный автомат в горелку GI ME.

Менеджер горения Dungs MPA 22 S02 создан на базе микропроцессора и работает в повторно-кратковременном режиме и предназначен для управления и контроля двухступенчатых газовых/ жидкотопливных или комбинированных горелок BALTUR. Функциональный прибор отвечает стандартам качества и надежности, действующим в Европе, имеет версию прошивки 1.30. В комплект поставки входит цоколь.

Особенности:
- Микропроцессор обеспечивает точное выполнение программной последовательности. Менеджер горения имеет контактное подсоединение к шине e-BUS
- Предусмотрен контроль газовых клапанов при эксплуатации устройства в составе газового оборудования
- Диагностика осуществляется до запуска горелки при возобновлении сетевых параметров напряжения или аварийной разблокировки
- Автоматика защищена от бросков напряжения. В случае снижения напряжения до отметки 180-185 В, прибор отключается и находится в режиме ожидания до восстановления сетевых параметров
- Конструкция имеет штекерное подключение и защитное соединение, которое реализовано через заземляющий кабель. Внешняя оболочка корпуса защищает внутренние компоненты от механических ударов и попадания пыли по стандарту IP20. При установке аппарата требуется усилить защиту до IP40
- Пользователь имеет возможность доступа к информации в режиме чтения. Без введения пароля можно получить актуальные сведения о текущем состоянии автоматики и провести разблокировку. Для активации режима параметрирования требуется введение пароля и интерактивное подтверждение. Настройка осуществляется с использованием специального ПО и подключения внешнего устройства
- Через каждые 24 часа непрерывной работы автоматика перезапускается для активации функции самоконтроля
- Предусмотрена индикация о текущем состоянии работы горелки, режим информационных сообщений и сервисных операций
