Canon IR 2016J ошибка E019

принесли аппарат с поломкой «трещит» сменил ракель, убрал отработку, собрал начал копировать, с ругался на то что замята бумага перегрузил стал писать мало тонера и системный сбой E019, что делать прогудлил ошибку пишут что то с датчиками отработки или переполнит бункер с нею, подскажите как лечить спасибо

где то читал но не помню на этом аппарате на блоке барабана естькакой то апендицит по которому аппарат смотрит отработку вот он забивается что приходится ковырять Сам правда не сталкивался но автор писал что вычистив этот апендикс и заклеив его чем либо можно решить проблему

я то сам не сталкивался но вроде там что то типа выступа в который забивается тонер а датчик если я не путаю там вроде на просвет что ли не помню точно

i have problem with canon ir 1024 show error code E019-0002, i replace drum and cleaning bled, but nothing!!
any idea?

—One solution to E019 involved reforming and re-seating one of the bias contacts that the drum uses.
The cover panel that surrounds the toner container has to be removed in order to access this area.
Once the panel is removed, the bias contacts can be seen.
The bias contact for this issue has a black wire and white connectors (check red arrows below).
The bias contacts can also be checked with a continuity test.
In this case, a poor drum bias contact was believed to have caused this issue.
Check that the inner bias contact is not flattened. After reseating the connections, the issue was resolved.
Check the images below for reference.

**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

Canon iR1020 — E019-0002 Error Code

Hi everybody,
My client has Canon iR1020, which gives me an error E019-0002
(Waster toner full detection sensor is faulty).
We have Service Manual.
The first thing I did was to change the drum unit (with old unit).
I tried to change SSSW-SW34 bit 0 and bit 1. Default settings are 00000000 for all bits.
Next step (from internet):
«If you have an error code E019 on the screen. Turn off the main power, wait 10 sec.
and turn power back on.
If you still have error code,
press «additional functions» key
press at the same time the «2» and «8» keys
press «additional functions» key
press «copier»
press «function»
press «clear»
press «ERR»
press «OK»
press «Reset» key 2 times
turn main power off for 10 sec.
turn main power on.»
but without any result.
I replaced the waste toner sensor, but the problem remains.
Can I do something else before changing the DC Controller PCB?

hi, that error has the following description:
«The waste toner full state was detected continuously for five or more seconds while the main motor was turning»
and possible solutions:
— Check the connector of the waster toner full sensor.
— Replace the waste toner full sensor.
— Replace the DC controller PCB.

but according to all you’ve done to it and since the waste toner on that series is kept inside the drum unit have you tried a different Drum Unit? is it OEM? is the toner OEM? how many copies does it have of use? the sensor could be reading right and the drum have exceeded it’s life expectancy and simply be full of waste toner, it wont cost nothing to check it, cheaper then the DC controller

Life is a learning continuum…

thanks for the reply.
Drum and toner are genuine Canon. Waste toner assembly is cleaned.
The machine is about 34,000 copies. Sensor definitely works because I switched it to that of READER ASSEMBLY (Scanner).
I was hoping to have another procedure to clear the error.
The only remaining DC Controller PCB.

Don’t press 2 and 8 simultaniously on this model. Additional functions,2,8,then additional functions again sequentially. Don’t hold 2 and 8 down. This will get you in service mode

Crosscheck just once more, before you go in for the expensive DC controller; the wiring or connection between the waste toner sensor and the dc controller. It could be a loose contact issue.

wiring between the waste toner sensor and the DC Controller PCB have been checked and are connected.
Do you have a part number on the DC Controller PCB 220V, for Europe (if relevant).
I have a parts catalog for iR 2018/2022/2025/2030 series.
I do not know if there is a difference in numbers between 20xx and 10xx series.

You must be doing something wrong. Thats how you get into service mode. Make sure you are pressing additional functions and not just asterick. Its right in the manual. Add func,2,8,add func…nothing held down
