Вопрос для гениев вышего разума

После расширения оперативной памяти, стал виснуть в игре намертво с зацикливанием звука, память тут не приделах сто пудова, вся одинаковая как у кота яйца, проблем не где не наблюдаются больше как кроме игры, делал все возможные тесты, все стабильно, память прогонял тоже все отлично и ошибок нет, как когда то встречался я уже с этим но инфа утеряна, может свежие мысли есть и кто сталкивался с таким глюком, мое предположение, это связанно как то с драйверами на видео карту, в журнале событий нашел вот это Имя журнала: Application

Transparency and Choice

Participation in AMD’s User Experience Program is voluntary, and you can choose to participate and help us improve our products via an explicit consent opt-in box found during installs of Radeon Settings. You can change your mind at any time and withdraw from the program through Radeon Settings which stops all logging and sharing of information to AMD. By withdrawing your consent from the User Experience Program, the software related to this functionality will be uninstalled. Drivers and user-related features will not be altered.

You can opt-out (stop participating) in the User Experience Program via the Radeon Settings user interface by going to Radeon Settings (located within the system icons tray), navigating to the preferences tab and selecting “Leave AMD Experience Program.

Try going into Windows ‘Services’ and see if you can find this program there. Then disable it so it won’t start or run.

By any chance, see if AMD User Experience Program is listed in Control Panel under Uninstall.

Follow this basic instructions on how to install the AMD Graphic Driver:

install AMD driver :

1) Download the correct AMD Full Set of drivers from AMD Support. Make sure your Windows is fully updated via Windows Update. Windows MUST be fully updated because the latest AMD Drivers requires all the latest «Optional» and «Recommended» Updates to be installed.

2) Use Windows Uninstall to uninstall current AMD driver and software. Then use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) downloaded from Wagnardsoft Forum in safe mode to eliminate all traces of the current AMD driver and software from your computer.

Delete C:AMD folder from the Root Directory. Reboot.

3) Go to Device Manager and click on «Display Adapter» and make sure you are on the MS Basic Display Adapter. If not, uninstall the AMD driver using Properties.

4) Try reinstalling the AMD FULL SET OF DRIVERS that you manually downloaded. Make sure to disable the Internet to prevent Windows Update from installing a newer version. Also configure Windows to prevent it from updating Drivers via Windows Update. Also it has been mentioned to disable any Anti-virus programs before installation of AMD Drivers.

5) If the new AMD drivers installs and works correctly, delete again the C:AMD folder from the Root directory. To save space on the HDD.

6)Enable both the internet and Anti-Virus program (if applicable).

7) Go back to Device Manager and check to be sure your GPU card driver is working and identified correctly.

It is possible your Driver was corrupted when you installed it or downloaded it.

By any chance can you run DXDIAG and upload the file to this thread.

Приветствую всех! Ребята, у нас сегодня тема про AMD User Experience Program, это некая программа, о которой мы пока не знаем. Но сегодня я это исправлю — я найду максимум информации и напишу ее простыми словами. Грузить лишними терминами не буду. Ну что, поехали разбираться? Поехали!

AMD User Experience Program — что это такое?

Значит смотрите, на картинке выше мы видим диспетчер задач, в котором можно найти 4 процесса в название которых входит AMD User Experience Program:

Я немного покопался в интернете чтобы узнать что это за процесс.. как оказалось это все — для отправки некой анонимной информации с вашего ПК в AMD для улучшения софта и продукции. Такие процессы могут быть.. если у вас например стоит видеокарта от AMD.

В общем скажу сразу — ничего опасного в процессах нет, никакую инфу секретную они не собирают и вообще — это безобидные процессы. И да, по этой причине их можно отключить))

Это нормальная практика. Так бы сказать обычное явление. Многие крупные компании собирают данные о том, как используют их софт, в каких условиях. Вы не знали? Вполне возможно, просто нужно читать лицензионное соглашение перед установкой программы..

Какую именно инфу собирают?

Итак, мы выяснили — что AMD User Experience Program это прога по сбору анонимной инфы для того, чтобы AMD могла сделать свою продукцию лучше, тут имеется ввиду софт.. либо устройство..

Итак, давайте уточним — какую именно инфу может собирать прога AMD User Experience Program? Это может быть такая информация:

То есть опять же, можем сделать вывод — секретная инфа типа паролей, логинов — не собирается. Это все личные данные и крупная компания типа AMD не будет рисковать так репутацией.

Так что процессы безобидные, но теоритически их можно спокойно завершать в диспетчере.

Процесс может отправлять в сутки около 1 гб трафика.

Не является вредоносным файлом — это часть драйверов видеокарты. Отправляемая информация — например об использовании программы, как работают функции драйверов, какими больше всего функциями пользуетесь. Никакая конфиденциальная информация разумеется не отправляется.

Кроме AUEPmaster.exe могут быть и другие процессы, например:

Как отключить AUEPmaster.exe? Предположительно это можно сделать в настройках ПО Radeon Settings — найдите AMD User Experience и выберите там Leave:

После этого процесс AUEPmaster.exe останется, но грузить ПК уже не должен.

Альтернативное отключение. Главное выяснили — AUEPmaster.exe это не вирус. Но не особо важный компонент, который собирает инфу и отправляет на сервера АМД. Теоретически можно отключить принудительным способом:

1. Откройте диспетчер задач.
2. Найдите процесс AUEPmaster.exe, нажмите по нему правой кнопкой > выберите открыть расположение.
3. Откроется папка с выделенным файлом.
4. Завершаете процесс в диспетчере.
5. Файл AUEPmaster.exe — переименовываете, но так чтобы сохранить оригинальное название, в таких случаях просто советую добавить символ нижнего пробела.
6. Если будут проблемы при переименовании — используем утилиту Unlocker.

РЕКЛАМА

Данный способ вообще запретит запускаться процессу AUEPmaster.exe. А если возникнут какие-то проблемы, то вы сможете восстановить оригинальное название обратно.

Как мы выяснили, AUEPmaster.exe — не вирус. Но нельзя исключить ситуации, когда вирус может маскироваться под данный процесс. При подозрениях — просканируйте ПК утилитами Dr.Web CureIt!, AdwCleaner и Hitman Pro (первая против опасных вирусов типа троян, ботнет, майнер, вторые две — против рекламного/шпионского ПО).
